Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains when and how an order with General Peptide may be canceled. Because we aim to process and ship orders quickly, the window for cancellation is short.

01Customer-Requested Cancellations

You may request to cancel an order only before it has entered processing or shipped. Because orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time generally ship the same day, cancellation requests must reach us as soon as possible after the order is placed. To request a cancellation, email orders@generalpeptide.com immediately with your order number and the subject line “Cancel Order.”

We will confirm whether cancellation is possible. If the order has already been packed, labeled, or handed to the carrier, it cannot be canceled and is instead governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

02Orders That Have Shipped

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Any attempt to cancel or charge back a shipped order will be treated as attempted fraud under our Terms & Conditions and Shipping & Delivery Policy.

03Order Modifications

We are not able to guarantee changes to an order (such as items, quantities, or the shipping address) once it has been submitted. If a change is needed, contact us immediately; if the order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to accommodate it.

04Cancellations by General Peptide

We reserve the right to cancel all or part of an order, before or after acceptance, including for the following reasons:

  • The product is out of stock or unavailable.
  • Age or qualified-researcher verification cannot be completed.
  • The order is bound for a restricted or prohibited jurisdiction.
  • We suspect fraud, abuse, or a violation of our Terms.
  • A pricing or product-description error has occurred.

05Refunds for Canceled Orders

If an order is canceled before it ships — whether by you or by us — any amount charged will be refunded in full to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. The time for the credit to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
