Built for researchers.
General Peptide supplies premium research compounds to qualified laboratory professionals. We do one thing exceptionally well: deliver compounds whose identity, purity and content are independently verified — and publish that evidence before a single order is placed.
Why General Peptide exists.
Reproducible science depends on knowing exactly what is in the vial — not approximately, and not on trust alone.
General Peptide was founded on a frustration shared across research laboratories: too many research compounds arrive with a label and a promise, but no independent evidence of what they actually contain. A compound can be described as pure and still carry contaminants, mislabeled content, or an identity that does not match the order — and those discrepancies quietly compromise results.
We built our company to remove that uncertainty. Every compound we supply is independently analyzed by accredited United States third-party laboratories, and the resulting certificate of analysis is published before purchase — not provided afterward, and not only on request.
Our products are intended exclusively for in vitro laboratory and scientific research by qualified professionals. We make no claims regarding therapeutic, diagnostic or clinical use.
Built on four commitments.
Four principles define how we source, verify, label and document every research compound in our catalog.
Every batch, one standard.
We obsess over quality and consistency. Every compound, every batch — held to the same uncompromising analytical standard.
Evidence before purchase.
Clear labeling. No shortcuts. Certificates of analysis are published before purchase — not promised afterward.
Built for real research.
Every peptide has a function. Every product exists to support rigorous, reproducible scientific investigation.
Raising the standard.
Backed by science. Designed to raise the standard for what research compound suppliers should provide.
The standard we hold ourselves to.
Five operating principles behind every batch we list.
- 01
Evidence before purchase
A batch-specific certificate of analysis is published for every compound before it is ordered. Researchers evaluate the actual analytical data — purity, identity and content — rather than a generic specification.
- 02
Independent, accredited testing
All verification is performed by ISO 17025-accredited US laboratories with no commercial relationship to General Peptide, keeping results unbiased and traceable.
- 03
Beyond purity alone
Our protocol also covers mass-spectrometry identity, net content, heavy metals, microbiological contaminants and residual solvents — the factors that quietly undermine reproducibility.
- 04
Clean, unambiguous labeling
Every vial carries the compound name, research classification and verified content exactly as tested, with a Research Use Only designation and a lot number traceable to its documentation.
- 05
Compliance first
We supply research compounds strictly for qualified laboratory use. We do not provide medical, therapeutic or dosing guidance.
100% USA third-party verified.
We separate the people who supply a compound from the people who test it.
Every batch in our catalog is sent to independent, ISO 17025-accredited laboratories in the United States, and we conduct zero analytical testing in-house. The laboratory has no commercial stake in the result, so the data stands on its own.
The certificate returned for each batch is published at generalpeptide.com before that batch is offered for purchase. It is specific to the lot — never generic, never borrowed from a different production run. When a new batch is produced, it is tested and documented again from scratch.
What every COA confirms
- HPLC purity with full chromatogram data — standard ≥99%
- Mass-spectrometry identity confirming molecular weight
- Net content confirmed against the labeled quantity
- Heavy-metal screening at trace sensitivity
- Microbiological screening for contamination
- Residual solvents screened for synthesis residues
