These offers give customers faster, more convenient delivery once an order reaches the qualifying amount.
01Order Processing Time
Please allow up to 24 hours for order processing. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time will generally ship the same day. On rare occasions, when order volume is unusually high, processing may be delayed until the next business day.
02Shipping Service & Delivery Expectations
The selected shipping-service timeframe does not include order processing time. We must pack your order and create a shipping label before handing it to the carrier.
For example, overnight service does not guarantee next-morning delivery — it means the package will be delivered one business day after the order has been processed and shipped.
Please note that standard overnight services do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. If you place an order on a Friday (even if it is processed the same day), you should expect delivery the following Monday, assuming no holidays or carrier delays.
03Tracking Information
Carriers may take some time to scan packages after pickup, so tracking numbers may not update immediately. If your tracking shows no movement, the carrier has the package and the status will update soon. We do not have information beyond what is available through your tracking link — for the most accurate updates, please contact the carrier directly.
04Our Role in Shipping
We are not a shipping carrier. Once your order is packed, labeled, and handed off to the carrier, it is outside our control. We are therefore not responsible for:
- Packages stolen from your delivery location.
- Packages lost in transit.
- Delays caused by weather, holidays, carrier issues, or other shipping-related circumstances.
05Lost or Missing Packages
We will make every reasonable effort to work with you on a case-by-case basis to reach a fair solution when an issue results from our mistake (such as a packing or labeling error). However, customers who report multiple or repeated “lost” or “short” shipments may be placed on a ban list to prevent abuse. We are committed to fairness and support, but we must also protect our business from fraudulent activity.
06Liability After Shipment & Fraud Prevention
Once a package leaves our facility and/or is in the possession of the carrier, General Peptide is no longer liable for the status, transit progress, or location of your order.
Any attempt or request to cancel or charge back an order after it has shipped will be viewed as attempted fraud and a violation of our Terms & Conditions. In such instances we may, at our sole discretion:
- Restrict you from ordering from any website or location operated by us or our affiliated companies.
- Report your information to other companies as associated with a high fraud risk, which may result in other businesses declining to transact with you.
If your interactions with General Peptide are deemed fraudulent, extortive, or suspicious in any way, as determined solely by General Peptide, these measures may be taken without further notice.
07Shipping Restrictions
Products are sold for research use only and are shipped only to destinations where their sale and possession for that purpose are lawful. We do not ship to jurisdictions where our products are restricted or prohibited. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to know and comply with the laws applicable to their location before ordering. Orders bound for a restricted destination may be canceled and refunded.
